it was the morning after i got engaged, a brisk christmas eve morning. i couldn't stop staring at the sparkly diamond on my finger, and i couldn't wipe the silly smile off my face. i was in a total love cloud, which was perfect, because i was about to spend the morning with two engaged lovebirds.
we met at a local coffee shop, before the sun had even peeked over the mountains, and hit the road in search of a snowy wonderland. i remember when Kelly first e-mailed me saying, "i don't know if there will be snow that early in the season...but we could try!" people, there was SO much snow coming down that weekend that we actually had to cancel our Lake Tahoe session that saturday because of the blizzard. endless texts and prayers of is the snow ever going to end? please make it stop before monday! later, the snow finally eased up and gave us the chance to squeeze in a few photos. thank you for being such troopers and braving the freezing cold, you two!
this couple was an absolute joy to spend time with, and i am so excited for their upcoming marriage.
