backpacking on the Pacific Crest Trail // Sundstrom Wilderness Adventure

last weekend, i went on my first backpacking trip EVER and had the joy of documenting the whole expedition. our good friends, along with Travis, have recently embarked on a new business venture called Sundstrom Wilderness Adventure. with a mad passion for the outdoors, Jesse, Kelly, and Travis are wild about guiding others into the wilderness and teaching them basic survival skills. though it was butt-freezing cold outside, the trip was an absolute blast, and i'm so proud of these 3 for pursuing their dream!

everything about this family session was perfect - from the gorgeous location to the glorious light, the two most adorable little men on the planet and the scottish accents i was delighted to hear throughout the shoot. i had such fun getting to know these wonderful people and capturing these images - dear clarke family, thank you for being such a blast and for entrusting me with the joy of being your photographer!
